We aim to start the processing of your order the same day it is placed, Monday through Friday! All orders received after 3PM PST will be processed the next business day. We ask that you please allow 2 business days after your order is placed to ship.
Please note, all expedited shipping method orders must be received by 1PM PST for same day processing. If an order is placed after 1PM PST and expedited shipping has been selected, your order will process the next business day.

All shipping is calculated in the cart. Please note that all shipments ship by USPS unless otherwise specified.
We currently ship to the entire United States (Hawaiian & Alaskan residents, you may experience slightly longer delivery timelines). At this time, we don’t ship internationally.
Most packages shipped with our economy option are delivered by your local postal worker. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, just contact us at email@example.com.
We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping. Please reach out to us with a specific request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer experience team at email@example.com to request a replacement order or a refund.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards or debit cards.
We also accept ApplePay and Shop Pay.
GRYT sells both single, individual items and subscription based items. The subscription plans allow discounted purchasing with the convenience of getting the product as needed. The subscription can be changed or canceled at any time.
You can cancel your subscription any time. You can log into your gotgryt.com account to cancel, or you can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 4 days before the next ship date, and we will cancel it for you.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please email us at hello@gotgryt so that we can help!
We take pride in the products we've made, and we think you will too! If, after trying them, you find that you're unhappy for any reason, let us know within 15 days of receipt and we will issue a refund for the cost of the purchased items. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable.
In order to initiate a refund, please email us at email@example.com with the reason for refund request, order number, full name and shipping address. Once the information is received, reviewed and approved, we will contact you with the details of the refund. Please allow 48 hours to respond.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of damaged items. Please include order number, full name and shipping address.

Results will vary, however most will see and feel a difference within 2 weeks. The key is to keep it up!

We pride ourselves on formulating specific to the needs and skin health of the tween / teen demographic. We do not use: dyes, fragrances, parabens, GMO, or any known irritants or endocrine disruptors in our formulations. In addition to that, all products are EWG VERIFIED™. Our Cleanser and Moisturizer are vegan. The serum is not, as we use honey to give a natural additive boost for hydration.
Yes! Our formulations are safe to use on the whole body if desired.
We recommend starting the products at 8 years old, and can be used indefinitely! (Just don’t tell your older brother and sister!!)
We recommend cleaning your face twice a day - in the morning when you first wake up, and then at night, to wash away the day. During the day, follow with Balancing Act Moisturizer to help balance your skin throughout the day, and at night, use the So Chill Serum to combat acne as you wind down for those much needed zzzz’s.
Yes! The cleanser can be used in the shower for your face and body.
Yes, all of our products feature ingredients that are proven to not clog pores.
Yes, our products have been tested and proven to be hypoallergenic.
